A convenient fuel stop along Route 66 (probably close to Radiator Springs).
Charles Lindbergh designed the field in 1929 and gets 1/2 rights to the airport name. He and Anne were touring Indian reservations and saw the need for a fuel stop in the area.
Don't miss "Standing on the Corner day," celebrated every year in September.
